Homebrew Question Transfer emunand data to sysnand with atmosphere

I Made an emunand and formatted sysnand, but when I realised that ofw is useless 'cause i have no money for games and I can't install any games on sd card, because only 7 gb left on it, i want to remove emunand and transfer all of the emunand data to sysnand of atmosphere switch. How to do this?

To be sure you won't mistake anything, i need to transfer my save data and remove emunand entirely.

Back up all of your saves with a save manager like Checkpoint and then restore them on sysnand.
