Pokemon sword retail gamecart -> dump save with checkpoint
Restore save on a pokemon sword backup on a second switch
Trade pokemon between original game and backup game (in local, no wifi)

Play the original gamecart on a non hacked switch online

Will I be banned doing this?

I don't know for non European accounts, but a European account with telemetry disabled can save swap pretty safely, I've done it to dupe a few legendaries and have not been banned. If you haven't disabled telemetry yet you can do it by following the step 2 indicated here : https://switch.homebrew.guide/hacking/fuseegelee/safetyprecautions.html?highlight=disable
Anyway no matter what you're precisely asking about on this forum if it involves a risk of ban people will always answer that you'll be banned. They may be right most of the time, but if you understand what you're doing you can get away with a few moderately shady things without getting banned, at least with a European account.

No I did traded many pokemons between 3 switches. I have not been banned.
I have 2 game carts of pokemon.
One of switches is banned and only running pokemon nsp.

I had no issues in let's go trading locally to a modded switch, then back to my unmodded switch. As a precaution I made a new game on the modded switch and just traded, back up save, trade back, restore save, then repeat. I've not been banned and I did this a lot to clone legendaries, shinnies, and perfect iv Pokemon with my friends that weren't modded. I've only done this once in sword and shield but still have not been banned since my unmodded switch never ran CFW or Homebrew of any kind and the Pokemon I traded were legit catches that were just cloned, so they were "authentic" enough to not be detected I guess. It's always best to use caution.

You're unlikely to be banned for this. That said, if it were me, I'd make a different save file on one of the Switch systems.
