Trading Pokémon between AMS and OFW?

Hey guys

I have two switch consoles (one V1 with AMS and one new OLED)

I use the oled to play my originals and V1 to play my backups.
My question is, can I trade my brother some Pokémon from my V1 so he can start a new game on SWSH? Or will I get banned automatically?

The V1 one does not connect to Nintendo servers, so only local trades would be done.
