Hello
I had a scratched digitizer so i decided to replace it with a new one, but at end i noticed that it didn't work, even when i put back the old one, i also repklaced the card reader, same problem

Yeah I had similar issue when working on a switch with broken game card reader. IIRC what seller on aliexpress told me is that v1 switch has old version of touch panel (no qr code on ribbon cable) and the daughter board color is light green, v2 switch has new touch panel (with qr code on ribbon cable) and uses dark green daughter board. If you are not sure about the card reader daughter board, you can get the universal one (not made by nintendo) that has a rectangular chip on the back, it works for both versions of touch panel.

Solution
Here what i did for the patched switch V2
I disassemeled it and used a non patched motherboard to calibrate the new touch screen with the V2 cardtridge reader ( in hakate>tools>touch) then i put back the V2 motherboard and it worked.
