Not if you limit the upload speed to 0kbps and totally leech the torrent.

That completely ruins the point of BT. Why are you using it then?

Problem? This is the only torrent site I really use

The only reason I leech is because of my failure of an upload speed, I like to use DDL when I can

Also when seeding, my download speed drops to under 100kb/s

Other than that, I don't give a fuck.

That's not an excuse and every major private torrent site pretty much says the same thing.

Once they stop stores that sell Wii/360/Ps2/PC backups from 3-5 $ then i'll worry about this list thank you very much. Plus it doesn't stop with the games, movies, flashcards, pre loaded roms, flashing and modding services, PSP iso's ... really and the gvt is gna bother with piracy issues ? I think not.

Only thing bought and sold legitly here is probably the odd 360 game (for the legit guys) and of course the PS3 games, that's pretty much it; can't really do anything about it. I mean the cost for imports is crazy and plus there is already a 10% VAT on all electronic based tings as they describe it, so basically you end up paying anywhere between 75-80$ for a Ps3 game (considering its a new release) for example, so just imagine if you had bought all your movies, 360 games etc a long with that ... overkill ?
Except the OP is in Australia, not your third-world country.

PeerGuardian does something. It gives people a false sense of security. It also sets up a big, brightly coloured flag for those who know what to look for under the mentality "you wouldn't use it if you've got nothing to hide".

I know it's been said before, but I just think it should be reiterated a few more times.

Be aware than when torrenting, anyone downloading the same one can see your IP, so if an FBI agent did this to get IPs to prosecute downloaders, then you would be doomed.
