Hardware Top Half of top screen completely blank, New 3DS XL

So I've turned on my 3DS and the top half of the top screen is COMPLETELY BLACK! I dunno why this happened, but I needs to be fixed. How can I fix this? PLEASE HELP! I can't sent it to Nintendo because it's not on warranty anymore!

If the top screen is also blacken in Recovery Mode and GodMode9, it's definitely hardware failure.

Perhaps it's the PMIC like in,
