Any food is depression food, you just need ALOT of it..
Figs?
I mean, when depression kicks in, I really don't want to do anything, that includes not even playing games.
At that point, do you really want to go through the effort of cooking?
Then instead I'd just eat Cereal. Less effort than dressing, going out for groceries, washing cooking utensils and make a meal.
Unless I'm craving something special to make me feel special again, I'd just rather a bowl of milk with cereal.

Yea, sure, depending on the intensity you might not want to do anything, just sitting in bed or couch is enough..
That's you'd do when you want to get out of depression, yes even doing chores house like doing the laundry/ cleaning etc. would help greatly to take your mind off it..
Going out anywhere would help with the depression, given you feel the need/ and have enough energy to do that in the first place.
But for how long can you eat just cereal & milk? I'd get sick of it pretty quickly, i guess you could say then that i'm not "depressed" enough if i can muster up some energy to cook something i want? Sure, But eating the same thing for long periods/ days will make you feel even more sick.. That's just how it is.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -
