Do anyone like playing games, where it involve the use of touch screen only and the digital buttons are really just useless. For example "Harvest Moon Island of Happiness (Everything is done by touch screen), "Zelda Phantom of Hourglass (I think everything needed touchscreen too if I remembered correctly), etc.
Yeah so I just want to hear people's opinion as most DS game does that and I don't think they do it just to tease us, so just wanted to know is it just me that hates the overuse of touch screen.
if the ds games would't make use of the touchscreen so why should the ds have a second screen with touch function anyway, so nintendo could just have made a psp related next gen gameboy with high end graphics:. you might be not wrong that there are games in which a button controle scheme would fit better but the examples you've mentioned in your post don't belong to em', the touch screen isn't overdone in the zelda ph/ st or harvest moon, it might be that the controlings just don't satisfy everybodies taste, but that don't mean that it isn't good, rather contrary it is quite comfortable:. for me personally i often have the situation that i just are too lazy to hold my ds, but although it is lying on the table i am able to handle the situation in a good functioning way.
a game additional button controls would be welcome is scribblenauts, because it really isn't optimal
