Since SoulSnatcher got me hooked on reddit, I've become fascinated by their TIL (Today I Learned) threads.
So I want to see what sort of random knowledge you 'tempers have gleaned lately.

TIL that milk is spoiled when it starts to look like yogurt.
Yogurt is spoiled when it starts to look like cottage cheese.
Cottage cheese is spoiled when it starts to look like regular cheese.
And regular cheese is pretty much just very spoiled milk to begin with.

I'm sorry, but considering that your entire "Today I learned" thing is a joke, this screams EoF to me. If this was actual things you learned through the day, it'd make more sense here to me.

Also, double spaces before a new line or reddit won't acknowledge it. Took me like a week to notice that.
