I followed all of the steps for installing hiyacfw and got an error message, so I proceeded to the TWiLight Menu ++ tutorial and ended up getting another error message that read: "Error! Failed to read Launcher's title.tmd" I am not sure where to go from here and could really use some help.

I had the same error when I was following the dsi guide, luckily I found the issue. On the root of the sd card there should be a folder called "private" with a bunch of things in it, copy all those files & folders inside it to the root of the sd card and replace any duplicates. If the problem still persists, check out a tool called "HBChecker" (I can't link it apparently). It pretty much checks that all files aren't missing or corrupted and it will tell you if any are. Hope it works!

This issue occurs because the HiyaCFW tool tells you to chose an empty folder to copy files to. However, it fails to mention that these files all need to be put onto the root of the sd card. So, if you've already ran the HiyaCFW tool, just copy everything out of the folder you selected and paste it to the root of the SD card. Registered just to post this.
