Hacking Tinfoil ticket management crashes after a few seconds

ReiNX with Tinfoil 0.2.0 and experiencing crash in Ticket Management ever since one of the NSP failed to install because my sd was out of memory. Since then I can still install new NSP and play the games, but cannot go to Ticket Management anymore to clean up tickets. Any suggestion besides wiping my 128gb sd and back up my save?

I was able to fix my own problem. When it was dock, somehow tinfoil did not freeze going into Ticket Management. I was able to remove the ticket of the problematic game that did not installed properly. During the removal, it caused another game ticket to be removed as well. I only found out because I can no longer play that game. I have to manually remove the game where the ticket was removed or disappeared. After reinstalling the games where the ticket disappear, my switch is good as new again.
