This isn't legit at all. I also remember that picture, it was from a a Youtube Reviewer. Also, there is no way that gateway is running on that N3ds, unless he himself works for gateway AND the big N lulz

I've been chatting with the user who posted this image. I have a sneaking suspicion they might be a certain user here on GBATemp that's "leading the scene" so to speak. I currently believe that this user is indeed telling the truth (they've mentioned that they'll upload the MM3D.cia by the end of the week along with a .3ds version in the same package). And they are probably one of the few users with 9.2cfw.

Either way, we'll find out in a few days. I have a feeling it's all just teasing to a giant reveal.

The reason I say this is because it's painfully clear that this person is associated with Govanify&co. Who clearly have a 9.2cfw amongst other unreleased stuff.

Check out his twitter page too. It's clearly linked with Govanify. From what I can tell, he's an inner-circle person. Whether or not that picture is fake.

Oh please, it IS fake. He claims to do it using WebKit exploit or DS profile exploit, both are not possible on New 3DS (different browser for Webkit exploit to work, and too high firmware to pull DS Profile exploit), and posts a picture of NEW 3DS downloading it.

You misread. He says it can be done with those tools. Not that he's using those in the picture. He mentions this in one of the comments, IIRC.

Oh please ANYONE was trolling and spamming there you and me included. If that was enough to get banned GBATemp would look pretty empty by now
While I'm suspicious, getting banned on Gbatemp certainly doesn't have to hurt your credibility.

Perhaps. But the fact itself that he posts a picture of someone else downloading it (most likely a review copy) instead of taking photo of his own 3DS doing it still makes it hard to believe.

THIS! I was wondering the same thing, perhaps if he/she were to tease about something more relevant to the N3ds, like a pic of his system settings so we can see whether or not its CFW or Gateway. Inner circle or not, if you have time to flame other forums then there is plenty of time to upload a MM Cia.

Ummmm Most eshop titles are .Cia, regardless, they said that they were downloading it from the eshop on a N3ds using several exploits that aren't currently possible on N3ds.
