I don't know what you mean by install CFW. But you should update your SD files and gain the ability to boot into cfw. Then after booting into cfw Update your firmware with ChoidujourNX to the current one. After that you should be able to boot stock no problem

I've updated my switch from 9.0.1 to 10.0.2, but i cant boot up my switch normally by pressing the power button alone. without needing to insert the RCM jig and connect to computer and injecting payload to boot it on.

Your switch is fine dude, you just can't boot because you used an old backup with firmware lower than your fuse count. You need to boot RCM to use Hekate, sx os, or whatever you use to boot around the fuse requirement. Then once you update your firmware to the latest firmware it will boot normally again.

These guys were trying to get you to read how to boot into RCM because you keep saying your holding volume down and hitting power, where you should be holding volume up and power. This should fix the problem :)

Also, if you can boot into RCM but can't boot normally, you probably have AutoRCM Enabled.

This is the problem if you don't understand how CFW work from the ground up.

I've updated my switch from 9.0.1 to 10.0.2, but i cant boot up my switch normally by pressing the power button alone. without needing to insert the RCM jig and connect to computer and injecting payload to boot it on.

I going to try my best to explain to you what is going on with your switch. Try to understand the concept instead of just applying.

"You cant boot your switch normally" I take this as going into Horizon means no cfw clean switch operating system.
Your fuse might be burned which why you need RCM jig and push the payload to bypass the check. What is going to make your life easier is to enable AUTORCM. Please read it up on how it works https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/extras/autorcm/
What you need to do now is to go into hekate and check your fuse count and compare it against this:

System version,Expected number of burnt fuses
1.0.0 = 1
2.0.0-2.3.0 = 2
3.0.0 = 3
3.0.1-3.0.2 = 4
4.0.0-4.1.0 = 5
5.0.0-5.1.0 = 6
6.0.0-6.1.0 = 7
6.2.0 = 8
7.0.0-8.0.1 = 9
8.1.0 = 10

Please backup your nand and keys ASAP. Store them on the cloud
