and Don't Ask Why

No, I didn't solder something to the original Motherboard and burned the board BADLY :(

Nope :creep: That never happened. :creep:

I SAID NO DAMNIT !

Please tell me you at least looked around to make sure there weren't better second hand laptops for slightly more? Presuming you could afford it of course.

Got package from States and already loving these. Beats those rubber thingies 6-0.

Local postal service nearly f**ked up - I never got the email about paying the tariffs in order to free the package. Luckily one doesn't need the mail anyway for the customs, so just paid directly without.

Good to hear your experience. I just found my Jabra Elite Active 65t and was thinking about getting replacements.

Comply at least promises that if the pair doesn't suit you (or even one bud I think!), they work with you as long as it takes to find a matched pair for your ears. Didn't need to do that, was right from the get-go.

Went to a garage sale and got a few good games

Very nice! It's also nice to see someone giving their older consoles some love. :)

Those are ALWAYS good to have, you never know when you're going to need them.

What did you did not try to solder to the original motherboard ?

Just ordered my ebike. Also ordered 2 more Pico Pi's (this time with USB-C), some CR2032 battery holders with on/off switches (needed some for LEDs for a Gunpla kit I'm building), two clone Sanwa round 8-way gates for the fight stick I built my nephew (his had a 4-way square gate), and some bike cable clips.

Gonna order a GPS tracker for the bike soon and a helmet with lights.

Hopefully my bike gets here friday. Bought it from a local company.

Oh. Ebikes are fun. Don’t forget to register it at bikeindex.org. It’s free and many law enforcement agencies use it. I hope you like it and o hope no one steals it.

For more info on the history of bikeindex, check this podcast.

I found it very interesting.

Is bikeindex available in canada?

Cool thanks. I'll definitely register it when It comes but i'm also going to try and find a good anti-grinder locks for it.
I recommend Kryptonite chain locks. If you really have the money, the Hiplock D1000 is supposed to be top of the line iirc. I keep a u-lock, a folding lock, and a chain lock on my bike. It's more about deterring thieves due to the effort required than it is finding the greatest lock in the world, too.

Too true. Any lock can be defeated. It just takes time. Lock the bike in a way that would take enough time to defeat that thieves would pass on your bike.

I installed a key switch, so you have to have a key to turn the bike on. “Hide” a lock. I use my bike helmet to strap the seat tube to the rear tire. It’s a small thing, but one more thing thieves need to undo, after they notice it. I did have a “car-type” alarm installed, but it constantly drew current from the battery. While it was nice to press a button on the fob to activate the alarm, I lost about .5v each day. Not good, so I uninstalled it.

If the place you go to has cameras, lock your bike in their view. Some people use a motorcycle/bike cover. A thief can’t adore what they can’t see. :)
