Made attempts using DumpsterU and Dumpling. They really don't want me dumping the Metroid Prime Trilogy, or any Wii game for that matter.

Are those games injects? If not they can't be dumped using DumpsterU.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symbolic_link - You just can't dump symbolic links asDumpling has given me the error "Symlink File, Skipping" for multiple files in the Metroid Prime Trilogy. What does this mean?
Hmm ok. I'll test that later. Not sure if there should be symlinks in there.Error while dumping. They are not injects. It's the same set of files which I have a problem with dumping via FTP as well, in that it just skips over them or says there's an error doing so.

I know that you can't dump the *.nfs file from the Wii U Wii virtual console using ftpiiu everywhere. I don't know why but transfer fails for those files. I'm not sure what Dumpling does with them.Symlink files aren't necessary to run games, so don't worry about them skipping.
Although dumpling is coded badly and it gives that message any time a file fails to copy, regardless of whether or not it's a symlink or not... Should be fine though if it's doing the same with FTP though.

DumpsterU dumps them without problems. It also skips symlinks so if those things are really symlinks no error should occur.
@CommanderCool Does that error occur for the nfs files?
If you start DumpsterU from commandline it will print the errors to stderr and stdout. So please take a look there.
My deepest apologies for not replying sooner! It's going to be a busy day.
I'll get back to you tomorrow with an answer to your question. I apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you so much for taking the time to help me out with all of this!
Try redumping your OTP and SEEPROM. There is probably something wrong with the keys.Alright, good news bad news
Good news: I got all the files over to my PC
Bad news: DumpsterU continues to give me the error "Not a WFS device or bad key" whenever I try to run it.
I'm wondering if I might have done something wrong by backing up my files to an external harddrive

If we can figure out the function parameters of the camera library https://github.com/devkitPro/wut/blob/master/cafe/camera.def it might be possible.Ok, so this is probably not possible, but lets say you've got a capture card connected to your Wii U so you can record and stream anything you play on the Wii U. Well, what if there was a plugin for the plugin manager that forced the Gamepad's camera to be on and wirelessly streaming it's image directly to your computer? Like theoretically, if that could happen, you could get a good Twitch/streaming setup going, with footage of yourself and the game (on the main screen) being streamed at the same time.
