No. The closest thing we have to completion (and the only NSMB2 rom hack really), is my NewerSMB2 hack that I'm working on.

No, just COPY the Unit folder in the course folder. Nothing else.

Trying to load the courses, keeps saying I don't have the right files. Does (USA) NSMB2 Gold Edition not work? (And yes, I did everything correctly.)
Oops, forgot to copy the Unit folder.

"ctr_FontConverter" after editing and making a new .bcfnt the white outline of the black letters vanished, how to fix that?
OK I've figured it out, I had to change the color format from A8 to LA4 when converting edited .BMP to .bcfnt.

You should use CoinKiller instead. This guide is pretty outdated.
