Personally, I think both N+ and Lunar Knights were over-rated by the majority of the gaming press. Etrian Odyssey, too, I found to be over-rated, especially the second game. Either way, none of those games were under-rated.

Deep Labyrinth was hell underrated. I enjoyed the game within its 20 hours.

I think that Zoo Keeper was underrated too. I prefer Zoo Keeper than Puzzle warlord or Puzzle league

Densetsu no Starfy 4 isnt under-rated and yes its Starfy the name Stafi was only used for the first game after that they changed it to Starfy in japan...don't believe me? look it up.

to me, kingdom hearts 358/2 days seemed pretty underrated
Ign + gamespot gave it a 8.0 which is pretty decent, but I thought it deserved better.
This is my first kingdom hearts game and so far, it seems pretty nice, more than a 8.0 on my book, at least a 8.5.

Phoenix wright series are also quite underrated... i liked them quite a bit as well....
maybe im just into story telling games =P

Ketsui death label (J) is a very underrated and not so very well known game. The game is a bullet hell, so don't be surprised with a lot of deaths (especially in doom mood X.X) Although it is in Japanese, the menus are mostly in English. It's a very nice game, with great graphics and the controls are really tight. And if you are afraid that the game is too hard, you can start at easy mode, which is stupendously easy.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 is incredibly overrated. I was gracious and off the excitement of playing the first Kingdom Hearts when I made that review and gave it a 7.5.

Mario Hoops 3-on-3 seems underrated, even for a Mario game. The touchscreen controls are pretty easy to learn and it really does a nice job of incoporating the feel of a Mario sports game, with basketball, and on a handheld.

fallout 3 is also very underrated,, o crap.. its not a nds game.. sorry
