Ugh, the one time I actually need to see this list... It's gone lol.

Hehe, ever since I started reading this thread, there was no list. It' always just been in the posts, nobody bothered listing them all... (well, maybe sb did, but that Mister X must have stopped already some time ago...)

Jazz Jackrabbit for GBA; sadly it was a fair last attempt to put an awesome PC game back on the handheld only to be fuck up by another company 'Game Titan' which is not in business anymore!

As far as the gameplay goes, it was a bit tough for an actual Jazz Jackrabbit game. The game bombed so hard that sadly it just a lost a relic. Only like 5 stages, some of them with cheap deathtraps. Oh well, nothing is golden these days.

Another under-rated IMO for the DS is Summon Nights: Twin Age.

Soul Bubbles has a really "creative/innovative" gameplay. The title isnt the best if you dont allready know the game. But try it! It owns ^^

I think Soul Bubbles and especially Mr. Slime are both underrated games that are perfect for this community: small file size, casual gameplay, something you'd never pay 20-30 bucks for at a store.

I also say Prey the Stars. It has a crazy design, but once you get used to it it can get addictive.

I think Custom Robo is surprising underrated, That Game is SUPER good and should have a sequel

also the Draglade Series is definitely underrated

Don't deny it. It was a mediocre game at best. I painfully finished the game, and I hated it.


Anyways, Henry Hatsworth feels very underrated.

Yep Henry Hatsworth was an excellent hybrid between platformer and puzzles.

I felt Avalon Code was kinda good but underrated, and Sid Meier's Civilization revolution too...

Henry Hatsworth was indeed an excellent Hybrid. But I don't agree that Civ. Rev was underrated, it sucked bad IMHO. As a long time Civ Addict, I just couldn't get involved in it. It was incredibly shallow, hardly any units, etc. It wasn't bad on 360, but it was horrible on the ds. I may be somewhat biased, being a long time PC Civ vet, but I GAVE it a chance, and I feel they could of done so much more with it. :/

Lunar Knights, brilliant game, although I get stuck a bit.

Time Hollow, short, but good.

Metroid Prime Hunters, if only they spent more time on it, it would have been soo much better, WiFi cheating is bloody annoying.

Moon, no story, and a crappy ending.. bt still a good shooter

I would have to say Lost in the Blue and pretty much any Harvest Moon game are underrated. Princess Debut is pretty underrated as well. I can go into a game store and ask for these titles and people give me a WTF are you talking about look. Time Hollow is another great, but underrated game, as is Avalon Code.

XG Blast

Lots of shoot em' up action, with awesome imba attacks like the XG which can clear out many opponents. Addicted to it currently

I second XG Blast. So few people know this game even exists.

Harvest Moon games I have to say are overrated. Every Harvest Moon game so far has had some kind of tacky control scheme or gimmick that made it almost unplayable. I'd say Rune Factory 1 and 2 are better Harvest Moon games and definitely are underrated, especially the sequel for it's weird narrative:

You start the game playing as one generation with fully upgraded tools, only to get married and have a kid, then you play as your child with old, rusted weapons you have to upgrade with the ability to access more dungeons

LOL I heard of XG blast from Hadrain's thread but never tried it although I've downloaded it.

Rune Factory series backed by me too. The whole HM formula mixed with monster fighting and questing really enhances the gameplay. And rf 2's two generations is a great thing. Only that I'm frustrated with downgrading at gen 2.

Harvest Moon are ok I gues..... IoH was pretty nice having all stylus controls (many people wanted this yet they still complain) and island building up. But I think friends of the mineral town on GBA is the only one i really had enjoyed.

And then..... Zubo! Nice really. Kinda like rhythm games but without all the loud fancy music. The gameplay is excellent.

Dokapon Journey. Loved the board game styled RPGness. Its just like monopoly, in RPG forms

The Humans. The game is great, try it out and you'll see.

Aqua Panic.

. Funky music that mixes well with the cute vibrant graphics. Then you have to save some fishes by clearing obstacles with bombs and collecting coins on the way. Or planting plants to alter the course of water. Currently playing 2nd course only. But I can tell its great. Heard its simillar to a PSP game too.

Thirding Dokopon Journey and Seconding the Humans. Both are small file sizes for a great amount of gaming (Humans is only 8 megs). I'd add Great Giana Sisters DS to this list, too, since so many people don't know it exists and it's the closest thing to old school 8 bit Mario out there, plus only 8 megs again.

The first post is not that of the original poster's now due to the clearing of new posts. Maybe it'll have to be like Dice's essentials list too. But I haven't seen much of The Stump lately....

Just finished this game today. And it is awesome. Very nice framerate. Drawdistance is acceptable. Not too hard/difficult. The story isnt bad either.
