Check in woods options what file ending for saves is activated.
If i'm not mistaken, Wood usually creates and reads saves that have the following format:
gamename.nds.sav
But you can change that in the options to the more common .sav ending

For ysmenu I can't help sorry, am using wood for everything that ain't working in sakura.

hey, i am a new user here, i have been reading these forums for some time but never registered... i own a M3i Zero, not the gzp-003 but other version, its not a clone, since it has the upgrade cable and everything else and i have some issues:

i downloaded the most recent quad boot and formatted my sdhc card using panasonic sd formatter
i extracted the files and copied every single file to the root of my sd card
then i putted the games into the NDS folder each one in a separate folder and i have this issues:

YSMenu, when running for the 1st time after a fresh copy paste and a fresh formatting, it stucks on "Booting Creating TTMENU.SYS..." and wont go anywhere after that, if i reboot my nds, and go into YSM again, it wont say "Booting Creating TTMENU.SYS..." but wont boot the game, will stop on the loading bar.....
On Wood it wont detect the save game for my pokemon white ( only tried with it) but M3 Sakura and R4i detect it...

Its my 1st time using the Quad Boot for m3... if someone could help me... i would apreciate very much

Are all the files directly in the root of your card?

Writing 4MB file does take time. Be patient or put nullified 4MB file as /ttmenu.sys

ok so i waited, and it finally got through the "creating TTMENY.SYS..." and it seems i can boot in the games too, but it takes a hell lot of time... >.< when i boot to pokemon white with YSMENU for m3, it takes like.... a lot of time xDD any way to fix that?

Simple fix, buy a faster microSD card.

with all the other firmwares it boots in fast lol, so i would say its not a card issue, because if it was a card issue wouldn't all the firmwares take a hell lot to do the boot? the ysmenu stays a hell lot of time at the final of the loading bar, its fully complete, but it stops there... and keeps rotating the small icon at the down-left part of the screen... so i think its not a card issue? im using 4gb SDHC Class 4 is that good?

Ah, so it's not just a card issue

I am not 100% sure why it boots slower on the M3 cards, it might have something to do with the fact that YSmenu isn't meant to work on M3 Real/iZero, so there are hardware conflicts, but I am not sure myself and I am more than likely wrong. Either way, if it's not a microSD issue since class 4 is a decent speed and it should run faster than my class 2, then it's either a hardware or software issue, that can't be fixed.

i could record the time it takes to boot up the game if you want... does your kinda take some time too? i dont think its a hardware issue... never had a problem with m3i zero nor this especific card... i'll record it, and i dont know why, wood m3 wont load the .sav... it just shows "New Game" and all the others normal options on the menu... dont know why, but one thing i saw.. is that in YSM3 the game plays ... how can i say... more softly? some times when changing areas in the m3 sakura the game would decrease the fps... in YSM3 doesnt look like it... but i will record it then, can you say more or less how much time does your YSM3 take to boot the game?

For wood, go to the start menu, system settings, and set the sav from .nds.sav to .sav.
And I know it's slow for me and others, I guess it's just a software issue that can't really be fixed and I have tried

i see so im not the only one
