That Pokemon can learn all the punches, which comes in very handy.
Has saved me a lot of times against Dragon Pokemon. With Ice Punch and then Thunder I killed a lot of Dragonites

Smeargle, I mean who does not love a pokemon that can learn any other pokemons moves and keep them. Which is really handy when you want both of dialga and palkia's mpves on the same pokemon, it just takes some time.
