has anyone actually performed benchmark tests with the browser?

1.does it run java or flash?
2.can i use it to voice chat, like skype, using ebuddy or something?
    3.can i stream music? pandora.com
    4.can i stream youtube videos?

streaming would require the video or song to be stored somewhere and considering the limited space on the gba expansion slot 2 card... i doubt it will be able to handle that.

more importantly please let me know if anyone has successfully used voice chat on it. ( just wanna know if it could replace my cell phone)

    No, no, no, and no.

The DS Opera browser sucks. Very slowly.

There is a homebrew app called SvSIP that lets you use your DS as a phone. I've never used it (or even really looked into it) myself, but it might be what you're looking for.

There's also an app called WiFi VoiceChatClient that allows you to draw/chat with people over wifi
