I thought we should start a list so everyone can know what cables are properly suited for the Switch. Please only add to the list if you have tested the resistance yourself or if your Switch and/or PC,phone, etc. was damaged. The resistance should be at least 56Kohm to be considered safe according to Google employee Benson Yeung (who nuked some hardware before he considered testing cables).

I managed to find a link on Google from a few years back but apparently its not compatible with the pixel so oh well

I don't know if this means ok for switch or not

thats an ok according tot he diag instructions http://ampereapp.blogspot.ie/2015/11/how-to-test-usb-c-cables-with-ampere.html ITs more to do with the shoddy usbc standards that cable "Guys" or vendors didnt all agree upon - basically cheap cables = no profit!.

Which part states this?
WOW .....
this part
According to the latest USB-C discussions, this value should be never 3000mA if you are connected to a PC. If it is less than 3000mA then you are good to go.

would you like me to adjust your seat ? , massage your head ?

IE if it draws more the 56k resistor is not inline .

Which part of it is more than 3000. I also saw that part but the only thing that exceeds 3000 is my phones battery capacity.
The charge current was 1590ma, so which part exceeded 3000ma
