How do i even join the raffles?

That usually depends on what the raffle is and who's it open to.
They always make a announcement thread for each raffle and include the instructions in the main post.
To give an example, here's what some of the previous raffles required:

• Tempmas Raffle 2018: Post a Christmas/holiday-themed or gaming rig photo with proof of your username and the actual date in the raffle thread.
• Tempmas Social Media Raffle: Follow the instructions on the giveaway's site. (ie. Follow, retweet/reblog, comment, etc. on Twitter and/or Facebook)
• Tempmas Raffle (forgot the year): Make a Christmas/holiday song for Tempmas themed around GBAtemp.
• Patreon Raffles: Be a current subscriber to their patreon (usually before the raffle is ever posted/announced).
