Tempcast down

The tempcast is completely dead. And stupid me, I didn't bother to back them up. All the links are dead. I'm sure that the admin has a backup of them somewhere. But there's no point in uploading unless the downloads work.

They can only fix the problems as they are discovered. Everyone should never hesitate to report problems. While it might be a sort of a pain to their ass, they do need to know (and want to know) about any problems people encounter.

I think the GBAtemp staff is doing a great job!
