It is just a post in the community section, how does this confirm anything?welp now I get to say it. GOOD BYE TX.
I won't miss your terrible existence.
any news mate?Lots of unneeded drama in this thread.
I recently spoke with TX, and they inform me that they just moving and upgrading servers, and migration of all data, forums, etc. is occurring, and with DNS changes, there may be periods of downtime with sites showing offline, but all is good and its just continued part of their previous upgrades this one is more extensive and as such domains may from time to time be not available for access.
If i get more news from them, I will let everyone know.
Hopefully the drama dies down a bit now!
It's easy to create the statistics we want when we arbitrarily decide on a whim that a couple of posts is somehow indicative of high sales.Lacius.. concentrate.. we're talking about the few new users posting just in this very same thread, and how using extrapolation we can concoct any statistics we MIGHT or MIGHT NOT want to make.
Yea mate, this doesn't look credible at all. From the facebook site:
Just so you all know
'Their domains have been seized as part of a so far undercover crackdown
Max Louarn , head of team x since his purchase of it was picked up by French authorities on the island of Dominica earlier today
The factory that made their stuff in Taiwan is currently being searched by FBI and Nintendo representatives
Its also the place that makes the Cronusmax range of stuff and the other controller mods for collective minds the strike packs etc so it's unlikely to see any new stock of them in the short term
This is 100% direct true news from Paul Owen it should break in full in a few days'

I didn't claim that a few posts in a thread are indicative of low sales. Please don't put words in my mouth.or somehow indicative of low sales. It all depends on how you MIGHT or MIGHT NOT want to interpret them.
Hello there,
I'm quite new to the "hacking switch" I purchased sx os a few days ago. I had the opportunity to activate the license and try to boot an xci game. All was working as expected.
Yesterday at night I launched hekate via sx tools on my phone and I dumped my nand.
It worked as expected and I now have my three files in the SD card.
As it was already late yesterday when I finished the dump,I went to bed and try to boot sx os this morning but my license wasn't recognise anymore.
I tried to get it working with another license request.day and this is how I discussedd that the website was down.
I know that I can't activate my license with the website being down but as it was already retrieved and I was already allowed to boot sxos successfully, is there anyone who knows what's happening to me?
I should say that there is still a license.day file on my SD card but its weight is 0b..
Is that normal?
And how can't I run sx os since I have the license.dat file on the root of my SD card..
I looked everywhere and didn't find any clue.
Thanks for the quick answer!Reboot console as long as you have the license there it should still be fine, I had the odd occasion where mine wasn't detected until I rebooted
Thanks for the quick answer!
I tried to reboot a few times already but it didn't work..
Do you think that the dumb could somehow have affected the license.dat file? And should it be 0b?
Nope...no it shouldn't... Do you have a backup of it on your pc?
And I don't have a backup of the file on my phone as well..no it shouldn't... Do you have a backup of it on your pc?

I didn't claim you did, nor will I try to sidetrack the discussion with a scarecrow.
or somehow indicative of low sales. It all depends on how you MIGHT or MIGHT NOT want to interpret them.
When a majority of SX OS users bought the product pre-August, that's a significant decline. Regardless, I'll obtain some more data and get back to you.I will however make this objective statement based your direct words of "The objective fact is that the majority of SX OS users on GBATemp bought it before free CFW (with signature patches) was available. You're free to extrapolate from there."
Given that there are a maximum potential number of licences to be sold (without a hack for the new Switches) and peak sales occurred during early / pre-release then sales numbers are logically always going to slow down over the passage of time.
Good.From the facebook site:

Again: How does a facebook community post proves anything?Good.
Took Nintendo long enough. Let this be a lesson to anyone stupid enough to blatantly monetize on piracy using copyrighted materials*.
*SX OS since release 1.0 has contained gamecard headers for their XCI thing, which means they have no leg to stand on, even when not taking into account their stuff surrounding encryption keys.
All of this is absolute unequivocal nonsense. Your worst case scenario is wrong, your alternative scenario is wrong, all of it is wrong. Leave the analysis to other folks.
For some reason, all TX domains are suspended. The reason for this can range from registar acting on a copyright complaint to TX not paying their bill. Or, say, the registar acting on a court order.
TX/Gateway/Stargate/StargateNX/True Blue/the old scene group Paradox, where the bulk of the talent involved in this criminal organization originated...they are all one criminal organization. And selling warez directly is a new low for them, but they were on the wrong side of the law well before they took that step.
DMCA is not at play here. DMCA is a US thing, the registrar used as well as the hosting provider used do not honor it.
The 'clientHOLD' is the only status code that matters here. Normally that means that you failed to pay your domain renewal bill. But that's not what happened here as the StargateNX domain has the same status code, and that domain is no where near a year old yet.
The second most common reason for a domain to be put on hold is the registar deciding they do not want to do business with you, for whatever reason. See: The Daily Stormer.
The least common scenario, but probably the most likely in this case is a court mandated take down.
