if it doen't require soldering it won't be a problem we don't know if its a mod chip or or thing that plugs into the usb c port.
The port that the dock needs? My bet is internal.

they put the logo on the dock so they might come out with a dock that hacks your switch.The port that the dock needs? My be is internal.
Looking at the vid, it's plugged in charging. (Lighting bolt) so if that's the case they'd need a switch to flick it between hand held and TV mode etc. I'm just not seeing that being the case.they put the logo on the dock so they might come out with a dock that hacks your switch.
Thing is it depends on how easy it is to install and how much the mod chips cost.Im pretty excited about this release. I think it won't take long anymore maybe two months? With that release we will have full access to the switch console.
Yes true, I hope the price is reasonable and it's not that hard to install. We will see soon.Thing is it depends on how easy it is to install and how much the mod chips cost.
if its not hard to install it will just be like ntr boot hax to open up the switch is not that hard but if theres soldering theres a risk.Yes true, I hope the price is reasonable and it's not that hard to install. We will see soon.
And you know that how? There's literally no public info regarding what exactly it is they will offer as a final product.if its not hard to install it will just be like ntr boot hax to open up the switch is not that hard but if theres soldering theres a risk.
might be a card reader...we don't knowif its not hard to install it will just be like ntr boot hax to open up the switch is not that hard but if theres soldering theres a risk.
no its not a card reader. its a hard modmight be a card reader...we don't know
youre the one who needs to chill. nothing is wrong with a discussion. see your way out if you dont have anything to sayJesus can people chill their butts and just wait? It will be released maybe in July according to one of the mods on GBATemp. Now chill your butts!
So no DRM and the ability to make our own CFW with their modship(?)"running your own code and custom firmware patches"
yeah they could have actually somehow edited it.Dat video quality boi, I don't consider this to be real yet. Let them first come up with some "evidence".
They're hoping for a spring release actually.Jesus can people chill their butts and just wait? It will be released maybe in July according to one of the mods on GBATemp. Now chill your butts!
Using nothing more but common sense, inside knowledge of the Switch and what Team Xecuter has posted, here're some facts:
1 - It's going to be a hardmod glitch setup;
2 - It simply replicates the bootROM glitch attack that grants bootloader code execution;
3 - This level of code execution allows you to extract the PK11 key, which they have shared as "proof" (this key changes on bootloader revisions);
4 - It also grants you access to the SBK KEYSLOT (not the actual key);
5 - All this was detailed during 34c3;
6 - The price tag will be high, simply due to how something like this must be fabricated in order to make it "just work" on any Switch;
7 - You can recreate this setup for less than 20 bucks, but it won't be as "pretty";
Fun fact: the claim that this is "future proof" is false. There are at least 2 ways their device can be rendered useless *without* an hardware revision, but I guess people will figure that out the "hard way".
They ARE an evidence. Google about them and you ll see who they really are.Dat video quality boi, I don't consider this to be real yet. Let them first come up with some "evidence".
this^Don't think many people would be okay with this. A lot of people with interest in hacking have no idea how to solder, nor would they likely want to risk the console they paid 300 clams for by attempting to solder. Why anyone would prefer soldering (especially on something as delicate as the switch) is fucking beyond me...
