Wrong it's not boot1 it's boot2 unless I'm mistaken boot1 can't be modified

BootMii overwrites boot2. Boot0 and boot1 can't be touched.

There are no plans to add anti-piracy, just since you're not running a IOS on BootMii the applications will need to be changed.

You're right. Boot2 is vulnerable to the fakesign bug, where boot1 is invulnerable

You're right. Boot2 is vulnerable to the fakesign bug, where boot1 is invulnerable so is boot0

Ok, here's how I think it goes.

Boot 0 isn't in writable memory, so it's untouchable. It loads Boot 1.
Boot 1 is also in non-writable memory. It loads boot 2, BUT it uses the very same verification method that has the signing bug. So boot 2 can be fakesigned and boot 1 will happily load it.
