Hacking TCPGecko Connection Code

Could someone help me find the source code TCPGecko uses in it's files to connect to the Wii U? I would like to use it to create a real time modding tool. BullyWiiPlaza has done this for Black Ops 2, and I'm trying to do the same. Any help would be appreciated.

Well I would think you need Java and coding experience. Witch I do not but if you have this experience you can find it.
