ROM Hack talkin about DSiWare yet?

Just read a blog about two new DSiWare games at tiny cartridge. Made me wonder if anyone has talked about or had a chance to hack into the warez to use, if possible, on a DS lite.

I don't think "warez" means what you think it means.

DSiWare or DSi games will NEVER work on a console other than a DSi, period. They require the DSi firmware just like WiiWare games require the Wii firmware.

yeah, all the damn terminology today, warez etc. i can't keep up with - so i pretend to be a pseudo intellectual and usu get away with it
And I totally understand the firmware thing, so does that mean it would need an emulator?

Don't expect a DSi emulator for a long while if ever. The fiiles are encrypted and digitally signed and also the DSi firmware is required to use them.
