He got for example the patched cIOS9 with the nand dumper =).

Now all is clear thanks (okay dont know why my wad is smaller but this shouldnt really matter).

The reason you CIOS38 is more than likely smaller is because i exactly patched the IOS37-IOS5? twice once to fix the Trucha Bug and again to inject the Dip7

And how do i fix/patch the Trucha Bug in the IOS?

So:
Patch IOS38 with DIP and Trucha it should be like yours.

Edit: Alls IOS higher than 30 need the Trucha fix or am i wirong?

Once again great job with this all. I've been reading along from page one and holy crap this was a long read........ took me over two days to read....... mainly because of work and the need for sleep. lol

I'm going to install preloader and a few other hacks when I get a chance to use the wii..... My tv is currently occupied..........

Either way I'll definately let you guys know if I come up with anything to solve problems with JAP backups........

so only for JAP backups you still need to use the Gamma Launcher

there ain't no guide for this, but I'm only going to say: install cIOS 30 at the very end..!!

Ok tried it with IOS30. My is still smaller.

What do i wrong?

I inject the 00000001.app [66,8 KB (68.404 Bytes)] from the Cios into the IOS. Thats it.

Dont really know what i am doing wrong =(
