Hacking System Menu 4.0

One question, I've just followed the System Menu 4.0 Tutorial and installed everything just fine, but when I press the SD Card icon it doesn't display any channels.
I have both wadss on the root and wad folder, is there another special folder they should be on?

WADs need to be in the private folder (as in, installed ONTO the wii and then moved over from the data management)

Yeah, I just figured that out.
By the way, how do save files work for VC? When I copy a game does it also move the save file?

I believe the save file is contained within the VC game file.
