Hacking SX PRO DONGLE RED LIGHT

my dongle does not work, it only has a red light, and TX does not respond to any of my emails ..... funny that when I was in pre-sales they answered .... now they pretend they did not even receive my emails

Try plugging it in while you are booted up into a system menu...

are you sure it isnt just you unable to follow the guide?
did you place the files on the sdcard, do you press all buttons?
Is the jig inserted?

If anything give us more info on the issue besides just "it glowing red".

yes .... it works only once .... and it never worked again .. it gets hot and with a red light where it turns green

This could help...But I'm not going to read it all to find out...
but if it's getting hot, I wouldn't keep trying...

It's most likely dead charge it from the home menu or from a PC

Capacitor is lowbat if the LED is in RED. Try charging it using the provided usb cable or from the switch it self when its in OFW mode for 5 secs, till the light turns green. Then try again booting to sx os.

If still the same,then might be a spoil sx pro as it doesnt hold charge in the capacitor so you might need to plug in the included usb cable connected to a usb charger always everytime you boot to sx pro.

For some reason, my dongle didn’t charge and emitted a flashing red light when I plugged it into my PC. But when I plugged it into my Switch to charge, I got the green light. As others have mentioned, have you tried charging it via your Switch?
