Since this is just a compilation of EZ Flashes own skinning tool and extracted base kernels, I don't have any issues here :)
 
I love and have been using this skin for years and years now and have been dying to know what's up with the blue/white bar that goes across the very bottom of the ezflash desktop - and also the options screen. I thought about seeing if it's something that can be fixed but have no way to reconvert the files back to source from the .bin.

I love your EZ-Flat IV 2.05 skin and has been using it for years, recently I created a modified version of it from the sources you posted, and since I'm using EZ Flash Reform, the kernel boot image also reflect EZ Flash Reform name.

I'd like to share the source of the modification as well as the built kernel in case you want to release a new update or anyone would like to use it.

Modifications:
- New desktop icon (though not as perfect as your original)
- Kernel boot logo (shows EZ Flash Reform instead of EZ Flash IV)
- New icons (though some may be wrong)
- Scroll bar icons visible (I had the need to see how long I scroll down)

The help.txt also add relevant credits to you and associates you mentioned from EZ-Flat IV source files.

Lastly, the kernel ezfla_up.bin has been applied with patches (8kb, font and text).
