It seems to work fine in windowed mode, but it seems to refuse to run in fullscreen mode.
 
Apparently, Dead Space works too, because I saw someone on YouTube playing it on a Switch using Autorun.

Some games just don't work.

The d3d9.dll file isn't strictly necessary I think, since nfs mw also works without it. You only need it if you want to use the Vulkan renderer over the Direct3D one as far as I understand.

did someone manage to get the controller get recognized? i tried dark souls 2 , controller works it reaches the 2nd menu but crashes, deathspank trilogy works , but controller doesnt get recognized and its impossibile to play like that... , towerclimb works with a few dll but no audio
, titan souls works perfect, mini ninjas works but no audio,
 
Got trackmania nation and trackmania sunrise running, nation run really smooth. But stock key mapping is weird. Tried to get need for speed underground running also but problems with dll. Moved all dll that's was missing but only black screen. Maybe try underground 2 today
 
Halo installs then just launches me back into the main switch menu. what am i doing wrong? do i need a specific version of Halo?
