For some odd reason Octopath Traveler and Dragon Quest XI will only play in docked mode. If I try and play load them in handheld mode I get the error "Software was closed because an error occurred" If I start the game in the dock and pull the Switch the same error. I am not too worry about Octopath Traveler as I can play it on Steam but I want to play the most complete venison of Dragon Quest XI and I want to be able to play it on the go. Here is the funny thing I can play the game in 2D in handheld mode 
. I have cleaned out my Switch many times and formatted my micro sd many times and it's a good name brand. I am hoping someone can help.
