Any way to delete people's playtimes?

So I bought a second hand hacked switch and I want to delete the playtime of the people who had this switch before me.
I deleted their profiles thinking it would also delete their play times but it didn't. So now it says that my most played game is Minecraft even though my actual most played game is dragon quest xi. The profiles were linked with linkalho.

When you look at the playtime of a game that is attached to a profile you can't go around deleting specific game playtime.

Why aren´t you doing a factory reset and create a new emunand from it?

You can delete the whole history in your profile settings (games and their playtimes are saved on the nintendo account, not the profile).
Games won't appear again until they're inserted again in the switch (and their playtime are saved).

You can delete the profile if you don't care or edit the profile data like duckbill007 said.

Also does pressing "delete All save data" reset the playtime

How? I said that I already deleted the old profiles. Does that mean it's impossible to delete their play times?
