Hacking SX OS 2.6.1 + Emunand keeps cleaning up .xci and .nsp files

Switch FW 7.1, Runing SX OS 2.6.1, installed Emunand on the image option (middle) in exFAT 128kb formatted MicroSD. When I boot on emunand, all .xci and .nsp files gets wiped out from the SD.

I am not sure what is the procedure to keep the files or where they should stay. /switch, /sxos/switch?

Copy or cut the contents inside the nintendo folder on the root of your sd card to the emutendo folder also on root.
