Hacking Switching between EmuNAND and SysNAND 8.1.0

Hi, I am a bit of a noob in this whole thing so ill try my best to explain my doubts.

Currently my switch is in version 8.1.0 clean. Plan is to use SX OS to create an EmuNAND, and do all my custom firmware homebrew stuff in there (without connecting to wifi and formatting OFW sysnand to delete logs)
To avoid ban and still being able to play original online games, what I should do is to disable EmuNAND, and boot original firmware right?
My doubt is, how do I boot into original firmware? Do I simply restart the system without the SD card on? Use RCM to go into the SX OS boot menu and boot OFW from that?

If you're using SXOS - just keep your finger on power + button to get the the SXOS menu - you can boot to O/F from that.

Doesnt that leave any logs or some kind of trail?

No, but if you're worried - just don't use autorcm or boot into rcm and only press power to boot into O/F.
