Hacking Switched to AKAIO - Inside Story now works but nothing else does

Well, I wanted to play Mario & Luigi 3 so I patched it then installed AKAIO.

Good news on my Acekard 2i it works. Bad news is now nothing else does! It's seriously the only game that works. Any ideas as to why this happened? I can easily just reformat and recopy stuff back to play other games but right now since M&L3 works I'm hesitant to change anything until I finish it. Is there a setting or something I might need to change and everything will work again or do I have to wait the 20hrs+ till I'm done to be safe?

Make sure you've got the latest loaders. If it still doesn't work, backup ROMs and saves, format, and redo everything.

Thanks for the tip. Didn't even know about any sort of loaders so that's probably it.
