If it's only missing that capacitor and it's running fine, I won't really bother fixing it. I've helped a friend fixing an oled damaged during modchip installation, and it's missing the same capacitor the cpu ribbon solders to. Runs perfectly fine even without it, never heard him complaining about crash or anything. It's just a filtering capacitor, keep trying and you might end up damaging the tegra soc..
