Hardware Switch Thinks Headphones are Always Plugged In

Replaced the touchscreen + cart reader and now switch thinks headphones are always plugged in and wont switch to speakers.

Touch and Cartridges work fine, headphones plugged in work fine too ... anything else I can try ?

The component you used is likely faulty. That, or you damaged a pin when replacing.
