Switch Lite not detecting headphones or reading games

Got a strange one here, switch lite not reading games or detecting anything being plugged into the headphone jack.
I’ve replaced the reader and headphone socket, the FPC connector is fine, I’m a little puzzled does anyone have any suggestions?

You might have damaged the pins where the ribbon cable goes in. That's what happened to mine. New reader got the same message and upon further inspection, a couple pins are not lined up properly.

Did you ever get it fixed?
