Maybe your SD card is formatted in exfat (1.0.0 doesn't have exfat drivers), if so try to reformat to fat32 (you can use fat32format).
BTW even if you can't boot into cfw, Hekate should work with exfat formatted SD, so (if you haven't already done) before switch to fat32 I suggest you to make a backup of some important things (rawnand, boot0/1, ecc); you can follow
this guide.
Once you can boot to cfw just update your console to 6.2.0 with
ChoiDujourNX (you can't find firmware files here as they are illegal to share); while updating through ChoiDujourNX keep the AutoRCM option enabled in order to not burn your fuses.
If you boot your custom firmware through modules (like Kosmos) you must also add debugmode=1 to your hekate launch profile (you have to place that string into your hekate_ipl.ini under your [CFW] section), if instead you are chainloading fusee-primary.bin debugmode should be enabled by default (you can be sure by checking if BCT.ini haves debugmode = 1 under [exosphere] section).
