I got an answer from Github member @dezem. Apparently he has a version that works on OLEDS (or at least worked for me).
The version can be downloaded here, just for reference.
Don't mention it. I think I've been also lost between 2 devs. @suchmememanyskill and @dezem repos. So, at this point I can't even say which versions I tried so far.
Is there any way to add a crt shader (preferably crt royale) to a non-retroarch game on a hacked switch, kind of like what reshade does on pc? or have it has a system-wide setting that you can turn on and off? I've tried it with yuzu and ryujinx, but the problem is the game I want to use it on doesn't run well on either emulator. So I'm trying to see if there is any way to do this on the real hardware.
Is SDCard formatted as FAT32 or exfat?
Firmware and AMS version?
Did you update Sigpatches?
What version of Tinfoil and did you use the tinfoil.nro self installer (in title override mode vs applet mode?)
Please post hekate_ipl.ini

When running CFW for the first time off of EmuNAND, is it normal to see games which were installed on both the SD and sysNAND but have access to only what appears to have been stored on the sysNAND? Is there a quick way to make the EmuMMC have access to what was stored on the SD card when in sysNAND FW?

You can find the Archive Bit button under Tools like so:
We might have to delete Tinfoil and reinstall. Make sure you save your /switch/tinfoil/config.json and locations.json if you go this route and want to save your settings.
I've tried re-installing Tinfoil and I hate these errors:
This is using the Tinfoil self installer NRO. Someone else advised holding R to run in title override mode, but that didn't do anything either (same errors).
Full context:
While backing up my emuNAND, I did not uninstall Tinfoil, delete my games, or unlink any of my shops. I asked beforehand if this was necessary, but I was told it was not needed.
When restoring my emuNAND, my games and Tinfoil were already on my homescreen. Trying to open any of the games or Tinfoill led to the errors we've been debugging.
Now when I try to do a fresh Tinfoil install, I'm hitting the errors in the attached pictures above.
Also unsure if this is related or not, but I'm noticing that all of my homebrew apps (daybreak, dbi, linkalho, nxthemes, etc) are showing Applet Mode. I'm not sure if that is the intended behavior, I never noticed it before.

Okay, I've installed a small .nsp file. Holding down R while starting the game boots in title override mode as expected and Tinfoil opens up with no errors.
It doesn't seem to self install though. When I exit Tinfoil, I don't see it on my homescreen. This is really strange, because I definitely did not hold R while installing Tinfoil on my old sdcard, it was present on my homescreen, and there were zero errors launching it.

Edit: This is a really dumb question, but what is the different between the self installer and the applet version on Tinfoil's download website: https://tinfoil.io/Download
When I download and unzip both, they look identical to me. It states that Applet Mode requires Title Override. I'm 100% certain that I did not need to do a Title Override when I previously did the self install.
Your way may or may not work. Haven’t tried it to be sure.

Regarding the advice to backup Nintendo folder in emuMMC/RAW1 and copy root Nintendo worked! So simple but I don't understand why this was happening and why there wasn't information on this in any guides. I was switching from a 128GB fat32 to a 512GB fat32, partitioned for emuMMC and created the emuMMC but the nintendo folder was practically empty. Ugh, anyways thank you again for your help. I hope this information can help anyone that experiences the same problem I had.
