Hardware Switch lite freeze in sleepmode wirh backlight on.

As you can see in the picture. I have a lite sometime which keeps freezing in sleepmode with the backlight on(not always but sometime). The switch works normally while playing games and in use. No shorts detected while injecting 4v in the pcb. Don 't know what is happenning?
Do anyone know this problem please enlighten me. Thank in advance.
