It’s mariko, currently there are no options for hacking them.
Sometime soon-ish a modchip will release for them though.

Switch Lite serials start with XJE so they are patched for anyone who doesn't know

I had a Switch starting with XAJ7004506 - Mariko unit patched. Bought in 2018 if this helps for the data

You need the actual unit to test it. What you should do is look for one that is 100% unpatched.
