Hello I was reading the OP and I realized I also have a XAK Nintendo Switch. I bought mine in Taiwan. So XAK units were also sold in Taiwan. I'm not sure if this helps but maybe important to document? If you have any questions I'll try my best to answer.

I got one brand new sealed Switch XAW70017612640 and it is Patched!!!
I even did the biskeydump thing and it returned 0x0000

So I'm on 4.1 using PegaScape with emunand now.

It means there is a chance that it is patched. However there is no way of knowing until you test the console which there is also a link to in the first post.

It might work, and it might not. Your serial is in the "possibly patched" range. The only way to know for sure is to try it yourself. You might get lucky. Totally worth trying.
