Hacking Swapped DS Lite's Case - Now have crackly audio

Has anyone encountered this before? I've taken it apart several times and the speakers work fine if they're just sitting on their own or something, so I'm wondering if the crackly audio can come from the case putting pressure on them or something?

yes its possible , most case housing are not original so they are not perfect

provide pics? maybe more experianceed people who switch alot can see what is wrong. i have done this and nothing went wrong before.
