Not many, unfortunately. There's Terraria, but that might be too close to Minecraft for your liking.
The only other things that come to mind are survival horror, like Neverending Nightmares and Lone Survivor, maybe Resident Evil Revelations 2 or the Silent Hill game (that was kinda bad IMO <.<).

Neverending Nightmares is AMAZING. Creepy and love the art style. Silent Hill isn't to bad, idk maybe if they had more time with it. Good concept but poorly executed.
