Just saw your post above, thought I'd just clarify what I meant by the message
When I first tried this out, I used the drum version in the links above on a DSi using a 2Mb SD card (IIRC - I THINK the OS was 1.03 at the time). When I tried starting the program I got the 'failed to initialise' message showing on screen & nothing else

Since then - there's been a few updates to the DSTwo kernel so I thought I'll re-try it again for you.... right now !!!
The weird thing is.....it NOW works on a DSi,
so I'm guessing that the latest kernel has better Homebrew support & has 'fixed' the problem I originally had
Since it is now working I can tell you that ONLY the top screen has anything displayed, It looks a little like

- If you're getter that above then the program must be working OK
If you NOT getting the above displayed, then there must be some other problem
- You move a cusor ( '!' ) around using the D-pad,
press [ A ] to place a 'X'
Press [ B ] to remove it
Press 'Left' shoulder button to slow down BPM
Press 'Right' shoulder button to speed up BPM
